ISD is accessible by the U79 tram line from Düsseldorf Hbf (main train station) in the direction of Wittlaer/ Duisburg. Both Kittelbachstrasse or Altelandstrasse stops are a short walk to ISD. 

ISD is easily accessible by vehicle from the A44 and other major highways in the northern part of Düsseldorf. Parking is available on-campus during the conference weekend. 

Düsseldorf International Airport is 10 minutes from ISD by car.
